Born in Athens, Greece, a 25+ year resident of the Bay Area, Ramsin Jacob specializes in investment properties (fix & flips, rentals, development) throughout Silicon Valley/Bay Area and greater Southern California. With more than 15+ years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, Ramsin also holds a B.S. in Business Administration and three associate degrees in Marketing Management, Liberal Arts, and Business. Ramsin recognizes the importance of relationships in life and business which he has leveraged to successfully close over $50,000,000 in real estate transactions. Extensive knowledge of contract negotiation and business has proven Ramsin to be a trusted advisor for his clients. Ramsin’s expert negotiation skills combined with his knowledge of acquisitions, risk assessment, financing, construction, and disposition of multi-family, single-family, mixed-use, and commercial developments, gives him an edge against his competitors.

Growing up, Ramsin has lived in many places throughout the United States, including Chicago, Hawaii, Santa Barbara, Santa Monica and San Jose.  As a Certified Basketball Sports Agent for the NBA (National Basketball Association), his love for sports from a young age has taught him to be relentless and tenacious in life and in business.  Constantly evolving, developing new skills, and setting new goals is what drives him.  When Ramsin isn’t busy negotiating the best possible terms for clients or showing one of his listings, he enjoys staying active by playing Hockey, hiking and traveling.
