Formed by the merger of two key MLS's, RE InfoLink and Central Valley MLS, MLSListings can now provide a unified business model to a much broader coverage area. The new entity was initially named NCREX (Northern California Real Estate Exchange), then MLSListings, Inc. after it became a mutual benefit corporation in September of 2007.
With a recent partnership between MLSListings and Quattro (a MLS data sharing initiative comprised of the San Francisco Association of REALTORS [SFAR], Bay Area Real Estate Information [BAREIS] and Sacramento’s MetroList), MLSListings users now have access to a more extensive region.
