With over 40 years experience in the Real Estate industry the ability to listen to my clients might be the skill my most appreciate. However those 40 years, I have never stopped in my pursuit of knowledge about the industry. That pursuit lead to a Brokers Lic, and a Medium sized office and recognition as a top producer. It lead to a General Contractors LIc, the construction of Shopping Centers, Subdivisions and many custom Spec Homes. It lead to first hand experience arranging purchase mortgages and it lead to forming Real Estate Investment Partnerships and being active in investment properties. I have a great deal of experience in all aspects of the Real Estate Business and I am one of the few undeveloped land specialist in Monterey County.
