Afi has been a licensed real estate broker since 1998, and built her own real estate brokerage at the corner of Brannan and Delancey in 2006. Although Afi has helped hundreds of clients to buy and sell properties throughout the Bay Area, her practice is hyperlocal to South of Market. Afi develops deep human relationships with her clients, who are never treated as a numbers game. She naturally wants to know their budget, expectations, and aspirations — but she also wants to know about their family, and where this purchase or sale fits into the long-term plan. Afi is a tenacious negotiator on her clients' behalf, and a problem solver whose extensive knowledge on residential real estate allows her to guide those clients to a successful closing, despite any complications that might arise. Afi is a true expert, who has lived through several cycles and has represented both investors and owner-occupants, frequently in multiple transactions.

Afi has now joined forces with Christie's International Real Estate San Francisco | Marin | Wine Country for a number of reasons, not the least of which is that her clientele has always included a substantial number of overseas purchasers, and association with an internationally acclaimed brokerage facilitates an expansion of that aspect of her business. She is excited about this new phase of her career.
