     Born in the Netherlands, Ed's family moved to the U.S. when he was a teenager. He is a graduate from the University of California, Berkeley with degrees in Architecture.

     Ed started his career as a University Planner/Architect for the Univ. of Calif. System and Harvard University; subsequently he pursued a successful career as a corporate architect/project manager for such prestigious organizations as Hewlett-Packard and Apple Computer.  During his years in the corporate arena Ed managed numerous multi-million dollar building projects, in the USA and abroad, from the initial site selection through design, construction and occupancy.  

     In 1998, Ed obtained his Calif. Real estate Broker's license and started a very successful career in real estate on the Monterey Peninsula. Combine Ed's negotiating and communication skills, with his love for people, a background in architecture and construction, business experience and over $100 Million in residential real estate sales and you have all the makings of a true real estate professional.
