I have been working in real estate for more than 22 years, and have built my practice to be an expert in the neighborhoods  including Aromas, Watsonville, Prunedale, Oak Hills, Hollister and San Juan Bautista. I have lived in Aromas for more than 30 years. I know this market inside and out. Now specializing in equity sales but also includes , short sales and foreclosures.

I enjoy working with people making a transition weather you are buying or selling a home it is a significant time in one's life.  A time where there are ups and downs, nuances with paper work and working with lenders and title companies.  I like to make the process as seamless and painless as possible--with a tradition of care!

I've been successfully married to one great man for over 40 years and we have one daughter who grew up in Aromas and was able to purchase her first home in Aromas. I have 6 wonderful grandchildren.  We have spent time growing in the community and now I'm involved in local community organizations.  When I'm not selling real estate, I can be found with my family, volunteering or gardening in my yard!
