Jeannie Collins began selling real estate in Santa Cruz County in 1999 and specializes in coastal properties  in Santa Cruz, Monterey & neighboring Santa Clara Counties. She has unique experience selling a variety of special properties including mountain retreats, ranches, farms and multiresidential investment properties. She manages real properties for clients. Jeannie has been generous with her time and resources in support of many community groups in the past serving for over 6 years on the Board of Directors for Cabrillo Host Lions Club, managing a large toy drive, volunteered with Habitat for Humanity, Grey Bears, Second Harvest Food Bank, Wild Animal Rescue, Children International and Community TV. The impact of that initiative now 6 years later is remarkable opening doors for these children. Prior to re-entering real estate, during college in early 90's Jeannie was a supporting author to many published works including a New York best seller, earned 3 international design awards and produced over 300 themed events
