Gretchen is an experienced full-time REALTOR, holds a B.S. degree and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), a designation earned by a superior 3% of Realtors nationwide, as well as being a Top Producer.  Gretchen is a member of the Monterey County Association of Realtors (MCAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Coldwell Banker Del Monte Realty and CAR Political Survival.  All of these associations uphold a strict code of ethics that ensure their members are up to date on the latest marketing techniques, technologies and legislative information with regard to real estate, as well as being held to the utmost standards of ethics in regard to clientele and their properties.

Personal
A native Californian, Gretchen is a 40-year resident of Monterey County, following graduation from Cal Poly,San Luis Obispo.  She has enjoyed living in Carmel, Carmel Valley, Pacific Grove, Monterey-Salinas Hwy and Southern Monterey County.  She knows the territory!

Gretchen is a dedicated parent, supportive of Children's Miracle Network,  Children's Home Society, Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society, Chartwell School, American Farm School and Disabled American Veterans.  Gretchen enjoys peace and tranquility through nature, horseback riding, wine tasting, family and living the Monterey Peninsula dream.
