Joseph's book of real estate business includes individual and the oversight of over hundreds of transactions, including single family, multi-unit, condominiums, short sales, bank owned sales, probate sales, trustee sales, 1031 tax deferred exchanges (straight and reverse), commercial real estate, and complex estate planning real estate divesting, as well as the oversight of nearly a dozen staff and agents.

As property manager, Joseph oversees over $200 million in Assets under Management for over 350 management clients who reside both locally as well as in over 16 countries. As a licensed architect (EU), Joseph has designed and built over 500,000 sq.ft. of sustainable office space built for various blue-chip clients that include passive cooling/heating, green roofs, and grey-water cycles.
