I've successfully negotiated over $100,000,000 in real estate contracts (buy, sell, JV, lease) as a full license real estate broker, including Single Family, Apartments, Residential Development, Class A Office, Retail, Restaurant, Schools, Industrial, Data Centers, and Land, and $435,000,000 in complex corporate contracts as a tech alliance analyst and a top-producing sales manager to Fortune 500 CFOs and CIOs at MCI Telecommunications.  I was previously hired by The Carlyle Group to conduct real estate acquisitions, which resulted in a $43,000,000 Class A Office/Data Center 285,000 sf acquisition (off market, then on market) that they cited internally as their "best acquisition ever".  I was quoted twice in the "Silicon Valley Business Journal" for my analysis of the real estate market.  I was previously hired and re-hired by The Harker School in San Jose to conduct real estate acquisitions, which resulted in their $25,550,000 Class A School/Medical Office 75,000 sf acquisition (off market, then on market) that was celebrated with a feature article in the "Silicon Valley Business Journal", and also a follow up article.

I also earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University (3.6/4.0), and a Bachelor's of Communications from Northwestern University.  I previously served on the Rotary of Burlingame Board of Directors, the SF Bay Area Kellogg Alumni Club Board of Directors as the Events Chair and Treasurer, and the pro-bono tech consulting firm, LumITy, Board of Governors.
