Kat’s passion for real estate began at the tender age of nine years old. Growing up in a world of challenge, Kat’s mother would entertain her kids with weekend outings to new home developments. Dreams of living in a beautiful home became a source of joy and connection that ultimately shaped the direction of Kat’s life.

Her early career began in property management with two prominent multifamily housing developers. A twist of fate introduced her to the world of social work, primarily with offshoots of the County of Sacramento, where she developed people skills that have served her well. Having married her husband, Bob, Kat moved to the San Francisco Bay Area in 2003, where her passion for real estate took root and flourished.

With an understanding of how the place we call home can shape families and ignite dreams, Kat engages the journey of buying and selling real estate from a deeply personal perspective. Today, she is the team leader of Bedbury Group and is the real heart and soul of the entity most know simply as BobKat, her warm and authentic personality blends with an uncanny vision for overlooked potential.
