Summary
Ryan Holmes is a proud husband, dad, and second-generation realtor. A Bay Area native, he is very familiar with the strong pull the Monterey bay has on those living inland. He moved to Santa Cruz in 1990 to pursue his studies at the University of California at Santa Cruz and has called it home ever since.
Having earned his degree in environmental studies Ryan became passionate about the way in which environment and city design influenced culture and community. One of his favorite parts of real estate is matching his clients up with the lifestyle, community, and environment that enriches their lives most fully.
Since 2008 Ryan has been listening closely to what his clients want and making that his number one priority.
