About Payal Kir

Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Payal graduated from San Francisco State University's prestigious College of Business. She discovered her interest and talent in real estate sales in the most practical way possible – she was heavily involved in the sale of her own property at the age of 21, and she knew this was a field she wanted to learn about and build a career in.

Payal gained her expertise about the Bay Area by growing up here – she knows and loves the Bay Area with the kind of attention to local details that people who grow up here always do, and is passionate about the Bay Area's future and the people who live here.

At the same time, Payal and her family have had the opportunity to travel extensively and meet people from all over the world – she understands that different cultures from around the globe have unique cultural and business requirements, and knows how to tailor her services to best meet those requirements. She's also seen enough of the world to truly appreciate and value this area's uniquely diverse mix of different cultures and people.

Fluent in both Hindi and Punjabi, Payal is especially adept at understanding the needs of the burgeoning South Asian business community and working with this increasingly important market segment.
