As a San Mateo native, Mike Aranda’s roots run deep along the mid-Peninsula. “Being able to sell the houses that I would ride my bike by and dream about when I was a kid is a full circle experience for me” says Aranda. Whether it’s working with buyers or sellers, Mike is not looking to simply make another sale. “I have no interest in convincing people to buy or sell a house. They’ll know when it feels right.” To him, he’s not selling houses, he’s selling homes... but even more than homes, he’s helping people create their dream lifestyles. “Whether it’s getting them closer to their job, in their desired school district, the view they’ve always dreamed of, or around the corner from their family or friends- that’s what it’s all about.”

When it comes to his clients, Aranda prides himself on his quick response times and says, “even if I don’t know the answer they need, I always make an effort to get back to them as quick as possible to let them know they’re heard and I’m on it!” People he talks to love how customer-service-based and family-oriented Guide Real Estate is. The Guide/Lehr family continues to grow as Aranda married Alex and Denise’s oldest daughter, Tori, in 2017.
