Ryan Selby Holland's professional real estate journey began at a young age, observing his family's real estate investing endeavors. As a Palo Alto native, it was easy for him to see the value in property ownership and to know he wanted to build a career in real estate. Ryan focused his final year at Cal Poly - San Luis Obispo on those aspirations, studying real estate appraisal, property management and sales. He received his real estate license along with his university diploma.

While working for a respected Palo Alto property management firm, Ryan acquired his first investment property. That became the seed for other acquisitions, and he continues to grow his portfolio. His experience evaluating and managing real estate investments has given Ryan an eye for value. With his investor mindset, Ryan uses his analytical and negotiation skills to help his clients make smart decisions and build their own wealth.

Property management honed Ryan's skills at navigating complex situations and tactfully balancing the often competing interests of owners and tenants. While he doesn’t shy away from knotty situations, Ryan's shift to the sales side of real estate in 2018 was a welcome change. He loves being in the position of working alongside his buyer and seller clients toward a common goal. Ryan takes pride in providing an unparalleled level of customer service while knowing what it takes to ensure his clients success. Ryan firmly believes in the importance of listening to his clients' wants and needs in order to tailor his service to each specific situation. In his first 5 years as an agent, Ryan notched more than 60 transactions and over $130 million in sales.

When he’s not taking care of his clients or his properties, Ryan enjoys sports and the outdoors. It’s not uncommon to find him out mountain biking, surfing, or playing tennis – or out hiking with his wife and their dogs on one of the many beautiful trails the area has to offer.
