My name is Stefani Fernandez and I am a licensed Realtor at Keller Williams Bay Area Estates. I'm a Silicon Valley native and am very familiar with the melting pot that is our home. I have been in the Real Estate industry since 2010; assisting one of the top Realtors in the county, but decided it's time to take things to another level and sell real estate full time.

I believe real estate is 100% a relationship based business. I truly feel that the relationships formed between the client and agent, is the cornerstone of any successful Real Estate business. That being said, I differentiate myself amongst my peers / competitors by making my client's goals and ambitions a top priority. I work closely with both buyers and sellers to understand their wants and needs. Once I have a thorough understanding of what is driving my client, I then create a buying or selling strategy that will align with my client's goals. This "build to suit" approach has been highly effective and often results in the exceeding of my client's expectations. My promise to all of my clients is simple - "I will put your goals and needs before my own, I will work diligently to meet or exceed your expectations and I will get the deal done for you!"? 

In addition, being a millennial and growing up in Silicon Valley has armed me with the ability to skillfully and effectively use technology to help my buyers and sellers. Through the use of today's top tech mediums: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat etc. I have routinely maximized the exposure of my seller's properties which usually results in a successfully closed transaction. Conversely, I use technology to assist my buyers in making very well informed decisions about their purchase. Whether it be finding a home with the best schools, a local park to walk the dog or where to buy groceries, my buyers will have the necessary info to feel like they've been part of the neighborhood for years from day one.
