Having lived in California for nearly 20 years, I've developed a deep understanding of the local real estate market and the various nuances that make it unique. I received my Bachelor of Business Administration from Zhejiang University and a Master's degree in Financial Engineering from the University of Michigan.

My career began as a financial analyst as a CFA with JPMorgan Investment bank, where I honed my analytical skills and learned the importance of attention to detail. After several years, I decided to pursue my passion for real estate, obtained my realtor license, and started investing in properties.

Throughout my career, I've been involved in a wide range of real estate ventures, including senior home building and operating, vacant land developments, property management, and working with residential property buyers and sellers. My experience in both financial and real estate investments allows me to provide the best services to my real estate clients.

Outside of work, I'm happily married with two lovely sporty kids. I pride myself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
