Rubina Iqbal is a tech-savvy agent who values her clients’ time. A native Bay Area resident, she is proud to serve her home market. Rubina has held a variety of positions across multiple spheres, from radio to photography to child care, but there is one constant in her career: She has always been dedicated to helping others. Rubina’s mother was an agent, and she grew up in real estate. Rubina entered the industry as a landlord in 2009, and in 2019, she expanded her business by becoming an agent. 

Rubina knows firsthand how confusing and intimidating real estate can be. She serves her clients with respect, loyalty, and honesty. Rubina guides them every step of the way, demystifying the real estate process with clear communication and a straightforward approach. 

Rubina strongly believes in giving back to her community, and she donates $500 of every commission to one of the many Bay Area organizations that she has partnered with, including the Alameda County Community Food Bank and Larkin Street Youth Services. She also volunteers frequently with the Urban Peace Movement and as a Court Appointed Special Advocate. In her spare time, Rubina enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, listening to music, watching movies and TV, and reading.
