Leo is a South Bay native from the Cambrian neighborhood of San Jose. After graduating from Leigh High School and going on to attend San Jose State University, he served his community by providing top-notch service to his clients at Verizon Wireless and Comcast Cable. His knack for sales and attention to customers’ needs earned him numerous accolades and top sales awards.

After strong encouragement from family and friends, he turned his focus and enthusiasm toward real estate. Over the last 12 years, Leo, and his wife Brittany, have lived in various parts of San Jose, Campbell, Los Gatos, and even Morgan Hill. This allows him unique insight into various communities all across the South Bay to better serve those who are new to the area. As a proud member of the Lutz and Cruz Real Estate team, Leo carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does.

When Leo isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time in the gym, hiking the local trails, and volunteering.
