California native Ryan Grotz has served homebuyers and sellers throughout San Mateo and Santa Clara counties with their real estate needs since early 2022. From San Francisco down to Monterey, Ryan’s insights into the Bay Area come from his experience growing up in Belmont and living in Morgan Hill for more than a decade.

A well-respected personal trainer and nutrition coach, Ryan brings his business management degree from San José State University along with his expertise in helping people achieve their most incredible personal goals. As a Men’s Physique Masters-level bodybuilder for four years, Ryan has participated in six competitions and, most recently, won first place in the 35-plus men’s category in the San Jose Championships.

With the same discipline and focus, Ryan serves his real estate clients in support of their exciting home dreams. Leading with consistency in his methods, Ryan knows what it takes to make each transaction successful. From aligning with his clients’ needs to curating a tailored plan for success, Ryan coaches his clients through their home purchase or sale with confidence and excitement toward accomplishing their real estate dreams.

In addition to real estate, Ryan is an ACE-certified personal trainer at Google and a National Physique Committee member. In his personal time, Ryan loves hanging out with his two kids and is dedicated to coaching his son’s baseball and Pop Warner teams.
