Queenie has over 20 years extensive background spanning real estate brokerage, residential finance, property management, and construction management. She is well versed in executing client priorities on tight deadlines under demanding market conditions and brings a wealth of experience and a big heart to serve her clients whether they are looking for their first home or an estate.

After graduating from San Jose State University as a software programmer, Queenie worked for Fortune 50 big tech companies burnishing her managerial and analytical skills. Then she discovered her true passion in real estate and realized how much she loves working with clients.  Queenie operated her own mortgage company to help people own a home in a difficult lending market. She was soon sought after due to her ability to underwrite loans that are hard to finance, in the process helping hundreds of first time home buyers achieve their dreams of owning a home. In addition to assisting investors to build their portfolios, she is also a successful investor herself.
