Jason's story began in 2009 when he immigrated to the United States and continued through high school and college in the Bay Area. He majored in Communication Studies and Hospitality at San Francisco State University, sharpening skills that now help him connect with clients on a deeper level. 

Known for his empathy, conscientiousness, and stability, Jason brings strong communication expertise, honed through his academic and professional experiences, into his real estate practice. His goal is simple: to better serve and guide his clients. 

Real estate has always been in Jason's blood. As a second-generation Realtor, he grew up learning the ropes by accompanying his mother—a successful Realtor in the Bay Area—to property showings and open houses. He even picked up insights into home construction along the way. This early exposure sparked his passion for the field, and in 2020, Jason officially entered the real estate industry, obtaining his license and dedicating himself to helping people with buying and selling their homes. 

Outside of work, Jason enjoys road trips, where he explores new places and experiences different cultures. He also co-owns an Asian fast food restaurant, which he started with a friend during college. The smiles of satisfied diners at his restaurant bring him joy, much like the satisfaction he sees on his clients' faces after helping them navigate a successful real estate transaction. This dedication to service is what drives Jason every day.
