Hi there! I’m Angel Zapien, a seasoned “Certified Property Manager” and REALTOR® from The Property Network Brokerage, with extensive experience overseeing and managing a portfolio of over 100+ rental properties. These properties include single-family homes, condos, townhouses, and multifamily units. Over the years I have met and screened thousands of potential applicants and I’ve hosted hundreds of open houses.

After obtaining my real estate license, I pursued further education and earned my certification from California Association Of Realtors (C.A.R). For 3 years I’ve been under the expert guidance of Paul Middione, the Broker and owner of The Property Network, I refined my skills and gained invaluable insights into the real estate industry. I am forever grateful for his mentorship and the knowledge he imparted to me.

As both a real estate and stock investor, I understand the critical importance of thorough financial analysis. My guiding principle is simple: “Rule number one of investing is: Don’t lose money. Rule number two is: Don’t forget rule number one.” Recognizing the significance of financial expertise, I am currently pursuing my Financial Accounting certification from Harvard Business School Online. I anticipate completing this certification by the end of December 2024 or January 2025.
